PROFIT & LOSS STATEMENTS
Pit passes/armbands
Hold over previous years pit passes/bands for use the next season and maintain full original value vs. turning them back into WKA for a restocking fee/loss of money on original purchase price.
-NJMP CONTRACTS
Need 2 ambulances with 1 being an ALS (Advanced Life Support) in addition to the 1 provided BLS (Basic Life Support).
Wrecker service will be traded off towards ALS ambulance.
Skid Pad area at Lightning must be included in "our" WKC event
Change of public to private event
Remove 4.6 which states NJMP's right to sell tickets
Overnight Guard for camping???
Proof of tracks insurance stating coverage of additional insurance for "WKC"
Renting terms of garages (sponsors first vs. first come, first serve) and handing over operations of renting to track.
Separate garages (not garage/suite combo) given to "WKC"

Negotiate gate fees in terms of traffic amount

Raise membership fees $5.00 bringing total fee to $50.00
Add checkbox for contacting via email along with email address to aid in saving mailing fees
Add checkbox's for renewal or new membership
Drop sponsorship fee from $450.00 to $400.00 (At $400.00 the banquet tickets will not be included)
Give Sponsors a certificate vs. plaque
Approach other clubs with the idea to co-sponsor a class for each other
