CHARLES TOWN, W. Va. – The nomination form for the 2023-2024 Woodbridge Kart Club Board of Directors is now available. Members being nominated must be a member in good standing as of July 31, 2022, and the nomination may be a self-nomination.
The Board of Directors will have five (5) open positions.
All nominations must be filled out completely and postmarked/emailed by Dec 31, 2022. An election ballot will be made and available via the club website by Jan. 2, 2023, as well as a link for online voting for the general election to occur at the next published members meeting in February in 2023.
All postal mailed ballots must be received by close of business Friday one week before the meeting date and hand-carried ballots must be received by 10:00am at the members meeting. Online electronic voting will close at 11pm the Friday before the member meeting. Please remember via the club By-Laws that this nomination form is the only way a nomination will be accepted no floor nominations can be made on the day of the membership meeting.
