2024-2025 Board of Directors Nomination Form Now Available

CHARLES TOWN, W. Va. — The nomination form will serve for 2024 and 2025 seasons. Members being nominated must be a member in good standing as of July 31, 2023, and the nomination may be a self-nomination.

The Board of Directors (BoD) will have (5) open positions. The following members will be exiting the BoD upon having the election:

Simon Whitnell
Ian Morgan

Please complete the following information:

All nominations must be filled out completely and postmarked/emailed by Dec. 31, 2023. An election ballot will be made and available via the club website by Jan 5th, 2024, as well as a link for online voting for the general election to occur at the next published members meeting in February in 2024. All postal mailed ballots must be received by close of business Friday one week before the meeting date and hand-carried ballots must be received by 10:00am at the members meeting. Online electronic voting will close at 11pm the Friday before the member meeting. Please remember via the club By-Laws that this nomination form is the only way a nomination will be accepted and no floor nominations can be made on the day of the membership meeting. A candidate may self-nominate themselves or be nominated by another individual. All candidates will be contacted to accept their nomination in early January.
