Pre-Registration for WKC Season Opener Set to Open June 15!

Summit Point Shenandoah Circuit

The time has finally come! The Woodbridge Kart Club Board of Directors is excited to announce the opening of preregistration for the July 11-12 event at the Shenandoah Circuit at Summit Point Motorsports Park.  Starting June 15, 2020! competitors may register for their respective classes online using the RaceDay application via the link on the Woodbridge Kart Club website or download the PDF form on RaceDay and mail in your entry fees.

Online Registration via RaceDay: https://wkc.raceday.pro/sign_in

Print Registration Form: https://www.woodbridgekartclub.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/2020-Race-1-Shenandoah-Pre-Entry.pdf

Competitors are strongly encouraged to preregister for this event and pay for pit passes in advance. Due to restrictions in place and the need to follow CDC guidelines on gatherings and social distancing, we are encouraging as many registrations for this event to take place online or in advance of the event to expedite the time spent and the amount of people gathered in lines at the track.

Entry fees for the event are set at $100 per class for pre-entry and $140 per class at the track. We urge you take advantage of preregistration! It will save you time, hassle, and money.

Please stay informed about the upcoming event by checking out our website and signing for our email newsletter. State guidelines are changing daily and as get closer, we hope to have a clearer understanding of the expectations on our club by the facility. At this time we plan to have outdoor pick-up of pre-purchased pit passes and preregistrations. You will also be able to submit your pre-tech certification sheets and get your pre-tech sticker outside (PDF form is online. Please download, print, and complete ahead of time as well!). If you choose to conduct a transaction at the track, that will be handled inside the normal registration building. Scales and post race tech will be in two separate locations to limit the amount of people gathered after a race.

2019 year end awards will be given out on Saturday evening.  We will not have a traditional gathering with food/potluck, but we encourage you to come to the pavilion where class and special awards will be announced and presented to those in attendance.

Finally, as we get closer to the event and once we get to the track, the Board kindly asks for your patience, understanding, and flexibility. Please realize that things will look and be somewhat different. Much time and effort continues to be put forth to make sure we can run this event while adhering to protocols set for by the state and facility. Please be respectful at all times and if asked to do something, possibly outside the norm or against your personal beliefs, please do it so as to not harm our relationship with our home track.

We very much look forward to seeing everyone in just over a month! The Board will send out regular updates in the weeks ahead. In the meantime, get those preregistrations in starting on June 15th. If you have any questions, please reach out to the Board at bod@woodbridgekartclub.com.
