ROANOKE RAPIDS, N.C. — Woodbridge Kart Club has released the first version of the 2026 AKRA / NCCAR Road Race Nationals event schedule, set for May 15–17 at the North Carolina Center for Automotive Research (NCCAR).

Following the recent rollout of a more travel-friendly NCCAR event schedule, WKC worked closely with AKRA and NCCAR officials to address feedback from traveling teams — specifically the need for a traditional Thursday evening move-in option. As a result, teams will now be permitted to move in Thursday after the WKC setup crew has completed event preparations. Full Thursday move-in details are included within the official event schedule.
Teams planning to arrive and park on Thursday evening must pre-purchase pit passes in advance. Pit passes — along with event registration — will be available through WKC’s Alpha Timing platform at woodbridgekartclub.alphatiming.co.uk. Competitors and families are encouraged to purchase pit passes during registration to streamline entry at the gate.
** UPDATED: Pre-registration and pit pass sales for the NCCAR Road Race Nationals will officially open on Friday, April 17 at midnight.
