  • Brake rod clevis pin at pedal cotter pin
  • Front wheel nuts tight
  • Front spindle castle nut cotter pin
  • Steering arm / tie rod bolt(s) cotter pin
  • Front brakes caliper bolts safety wired
  • Front brakes friction pad bolts safety wired/ Covered
  • Steering shaft / tie rod bolts cotter pin
  • Steering wheel bolts safety wire/cotter pin
  • Steering wheel castle nut cotter pin
  • Brake rod clevis pin at master cylinder cotter pin
  • Brake bias bar mechanical stop / cable lanyard
  • Brake master cylinder(s) bolts safety wired / cotter pin
  • Fuel hose / oil breathers / chain oilers must be cable tied at origin / destination and not leak
  • Ballast weight painted white and fastened with 5/16ths bolt double nutted or safety wired / cotter pin
  • Rear wheel nuts tight
  • Snap ring on Axle safety wired
  • Rear brake caliper halves safety wired / cotter pin
  • Rear brake friction pad bolts safety wired / cotter pin
  • Rear brake rotor bolts safety wired / cotter pin
  • Rear brake key stock positive stop
  • Bodywork positively attached to kart
