A number of businesses and individuals have stepped up to join a growing list of backers for the AKRA / Hoosier Kartsport Road Race Series featuring the Animal Nationals presented by 4-Cycle Central set for May 20-22 at Summit Point Motorsports Park.
As announced in early January, the Animal Nationals portion of the Woodbridge Kart Club-hosted AKRA opener will be title sponsored by championship 4-cycle engine service 4-Cycle Central of Milwaukee, Wis., while MGM Chassis of Kannapolis, N.C., will sponsor Saturday’s 30-minute race titled the “Prelude to the Animal Nationals.”
The Animal Nationals — a pair of single-class 30-minute sprint-enduro races for the 4-Cycle Sprint 380 division — boasts a $5,000 total purse plus special trophies and awards. Payout structure and contingency awards are to be announced soon.
Add Streeter Super Stands to the list of Animal Nationals contingency sponsors. Streeter, the leading manufacturer of all types of kart stands, lifts, and many other karting-related products, will be donating a TBD amount of product and/or certificates. Streeter joins Revolution Racing Chassis and other businesses and individuals that have stepped up to add to the growing prize package. WKC and AKRA wish to thank everyone who has pledged support thus far, including:

The AKRA National Road Race Series season opener is less than four months away and don’t forget about WKC’s season opener April 15-16 at Summit Point’s Shenandoah Circuit.
