GARYSBURG, N.C. — Woodbridge Kart Club is excited to announce that pre-registration for the 2025 AKRA / Hoosier Kartsport NCCAR Nationals will officially open on Friday, April 25. This anticipated road racing event is set to take place May 16-18 at the North Carolina Center for Automotive Research (NCCAR) in Garysburg, N.C.
Drivers and teams can register online through WKC’s Race Select page at raceselect.com/woodbridge/2025.
The official event schedule for NCCAR is now posted HERE.
NCCAR is the first of five AKRA Road Racing Nationals in 2025 with future events set for Mid-Ohio in June, Nelson Ledges, Ohio, in July, Summit Point Main in August and the season-closing Pittsburgh Nationals in late September.
Consistent with the last two years, we run the 2-mile NCCAR circuit in the clockwise direction. And similar to 2024, the course does include the esses at the entry to the infield section (see aerial image below). The event includes Thursday evening parking and a full day of practice Friday preceding morning practice and racing Saturday and Sunday.
NOTE: Race fuel will not be available at NCCAR, so please make prior arrangements.
Don’t miss your chance to compete at one of the most anticipated road race karting events of the season. Mark your calendars for the third weekend in May, and we’ll see you at NCCAR!
