Registration Now Open for WKC Sprint Race #2 at Summit Point

SUMMIT POINT, W. Va. — Woodbridge Kart Club is excited to announce that registration is now open for WKC Sprint Race #2, set for Sunday, June 29 at the Washington Circuit of Summit Point Motorsports Park.

Event fees are:

  • $75 per class (two rounds practice, qualifying, heat, final)
  • $25 driver pit pass (please purchase when registering to save time on race day morning)
  • $10 non-driver pit pass (children 7 and under free)
  • $50 transponder rental or use your own

Following an exciting Race #1 with 55 entries and strong competition, we’re looking forward to another fantastic turnout and great racing later this month. As always, WKC continues to deliver competitive, family-friendly karting in a professionally run environment.

Tire and weight rules remain unchanged and are listed below for reference. We will have a tech inspector at this event performing slide inspections and other tech items.

  • LO206 Cadet: 245 lbs
  • LO206 Sportsman: 275 lbs
  • LO206 Jr: 320 lbs
  • LO206 Medium: 360 lbs
  • LO206 Heavy: 390 lbs
  • KA100 Jr: 320 lbs
  • KA100: 360 lbs

  • Kid Kart, Mini Cadet, LO206 Cadet & Sportsman: 4.6/4.6 MG or Vega Reds
  • LO206 Jr, Medium & Heavy: 4.6/6.0 or 7.1 MG or Vega Reds
  • TAG and Shifters: 4.6/7.1 Open Tire
  • KA100, KA100 Jr, TAG Jr: 4.6/7.1 MG or Vega Reds
  • No new tires after qualifying-using new tires will result in starting at the rear of the field.
