GARYSBURG, N.C. — Woodbridge Kart Club officials wish to invite all kart racers, teams and families to the North Carolina Center for Automotive Research for our second annual AKRA NCCAR Nationals this May 3-5, 2024.
This event was a fun and successful one in 2023 and we’re hoping for the same in 2024!
NCCAR is conveniently located for many, about one mile off Interstate 95 just south of the Virginia / North Carolina line. The city of Roanoke Rapids, N.C., is one exit south of the track, where there are numerous options for hotels, restaurants, gas stations and shopping.
For the second consecutive year, NCCAR will open the AKRA / Hoosier Kartsport National Road Racing Series, which visits five of the best road racing circuits in the eastern half of the United States between May and September.
NCCAR Nationals pre-registration is set to open Thursday, March 28 at 7pm. In 2024 we’ll once again run NCCAR’s 2-mile circuit in the clockwise direction with the esses in the infield portion of the circuit.
