SUMMIT POINT, W. Va. — WKC racers are encouraged to cast your vote for special awards from the 2025 WKC racing series! Winners will be announced and recognized at the 2025 WKC Awards Ceremony, which will take place during our 2026 season opener this April 10-12 at the Summit Point Jefferson Circuit.

We ask that all current WKC members and racers take the time to consider the meaning of each award and cast your votes for your peers. These awards are tradition at WKC and it’s always a fun and meaningful presentation at the end each year’s awards ceremony.
Awards are:
– Oscar Aubrey Award (Awarded to a non-racer for their contributions, service, and dedication to the club.)
– Burnt Piston Award (Given to the driver with the worst mechanical luck of the year.)
– Senior Driver of the Year
– Junior Driver of the Year
– Mark Taylor Award (Awarded to an outstanding racer who shows a competitive nature and great sportsmanship.)
– Karting Family of the Year (Awarded to the family that exemplifies the spirit of the Woodbridge Kart Club through actions on and off the track.)
